Accommodations for the Reunion Weekend

We have a block of 15 rooms reserved for Friday night (10/24) and Saturday Night (10/25). The block rate is $112/night plus tax. This includes free breakfast and all hotel amenities. The rooms are blocked under the name of the Baldwin High School Class of 1968 Reunion. If the committee can come up with $150 they will provide a van for transit to and from the Country Club on Saturday Night. 30 days prior to our event, our block goes back into their inventory and the block rate is no longer in affect.

Rate is $125/night. These are bigger rooms (suites). Free breakfast. Free shuttle service to Country Club. 3 weeks prior to the event the rooms go back into their inventory. The rooms are blocked under Baldwin High School Class of 1968 Reunion.

We have a block of 15 rooms reserved for both Friday (10/24) and Saturday (10/25). The block rate is $105/night. This does not include anything but the basic amenities of the hotel. No breakfast and no shuttle available. The rooms are under the name of the Baldwin High School Class of 1968 Reunion. 3 weeks prior to the event the block of rooms goes back into the hotel's inventory. The manager told us that even after that date, if the rooms are available, they will continue to honor that block rate.

The Hotel can not honor a block of rooms as ½ of the hotel will be under renovation this fall. The previously published rates still apply. This would be a first come, first serve situation. They do have free continental breakfast, fitness center and indoor pool.
